Anyone got any great recipes for left over turkey? I have two I like:
One is a turkey cranberry wreath originated from a "Pampered Chef" party I attended years ago...still use it today. I also like to make turkey tacos. Dice up the turkey, warm up w/some salsa, put in a bit of cotija cheese to melt(cotija is Mexican Parm. cheese) and put in warmed flour tortillas.
What say you?

I have tried that cranberry wreath recipe and its great! I used it for chicken too! Hope you and the family had a great Thanksgiving, girl!
